Now that the weather is perfect, there are so many wonderful Artist Dates I can go on outside. But I headed out once again to the el Pedregal for their Wine and Jazz Concert. Today's performance was Lisa Pressman a vocalise singer (singing without words - think of the original score to the film Titanic and that's vocalise singing) and her husband, Tim Ponzek, a classical guitarist along with a group of the Valley’s finest musicians performing on bass, drums, percussion, sax and keyboards.
After the concert I went to Old Town Scottsdale and met up with my hubby at his favorite place, AZ88. He really enjoyed his Bombay Sapphire martini more than usual today because his Chicago Bears lost. :-( Oh well, I had a perfect day!
Always leave enough time in your life to do
something that makes you happy, satisfied, even joyous.
That has more of an effect on economic well-being
than any other single factor.
